What counts as an active employee?
An employee whose record is active during the billing period. Exited employees retained for statutory or audit history are not billed as active seats.
Is there a base or setup fee?
There is no base platform fee or minimum headcount. Setup and migration service terms remain subject to the final service contract.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose Operations or Business and continue with per-active-employee billing. Final launch terms will be published before public signup.
Is payroll included?
Payroll is shown publicly only after its release gate closes. Attendance and leave already preserve reviewed inputs for that workflow.
Does LekhaHR continuously track employee location?
No. Location may be captured only at explicit check-in or check-out and validated against a configured geofence.
Can we keep records for exited employees?
Yes. Exited records can be retained for statutory and audit history and are not active billed seats.
