What you do not pay for
No platform minimum or location-surveillance surcharge.
Active means billed
An active employee record counts as a seat. Exited or inactive records retained for statutory or audit history are not described as active seats.
No background GPS tracking
Attendance may capture location at an explicit punch and validate a geofence. It does not collect routes, travel distance or between-punch movement.
Two published plans
Operations and Business use visible per-active-employee rates. Unreleased capabilities are not used to inflate the public comparison.
GST stays visible
The calculator defaults to excluding GST and can show the result including 18%, so the invoice basis is never hidden.

Active-employee billing
You are billed for active people, not archived records.
An active employee is anyone whose record is live during the billing period. Records kept for statutory or audit history after someone leaves are retained, not billed.
Joined and working this cycle, so this seat counts toward your per-active-employee total.
Exited last quarter. Payslip, attendance and documents stay accessible for statutory and audit history, but the seat is no longer an active charge.

Understand the invoice before starting a trial.
What is an active employee?
An employee whose record is active during the billing period. Retained exited or inactive records are not counted as active billed seats.
Is there a platform or minimum fee?
No. The published plans have no base platform fee and no minimum headcount — you pay only the per-active-employee rate.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Self-service onboarding has no setup fee. The per-active-employee rate is the whole subscription; there is no separate platform or activation charge to start.
How does annual billing work?
The annual rate is shown as a monthly equivalent, while the calculator also displays the full twelve-month invoice and the annual saving versus paying the monthly rate.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Published rates exclude GST. The calculator can include GST at 18% for an indicative total, so the invoice basis is never hidden.
What happens to exited-employee records?
They are retained for statutory and audit history but are no longer active seats, so they are not billed after the person leaves.
Are Hiring/ATS and HR Helpdesk included?
No. Hiring/ATS and HR Helpdesk are not part of either published plan and are not shown as bundled capabilities.
